Are the colors in the pictures the same as in reality?
We try to make our photos as close to reality as possible, but slight differences may occur due to lighting or your phone screen.
How can I maintain the product?

Are your products handmade or machine-made?
We offer both luxurious handmade rugs and machine-made rugs. This information is clearly stated in each product’s details.
Can the rug be washed in a washing machine or does it require hand cleaning?
Most of our rugs are best cleaned either by professional rug cleaning centers or by gentle hand washing. Full details are always included on the product page.
Is the rug slip-resistant, or do I need something extra?
Many of our models don’t come with a built-in non-slip base. However, their weight and weave help them stay in place.
For extra safety—especially in high-traffic areas—we recommend using a rug pad for better grip and stability.
Do the rugs come with a warranty against manufacturing defects?
Yes, all our products include a warranty against any manufacturing defects.
Can I request a custom size or design?
Absolutely. We offer custom sizing and designs upon request, but this service is only available for larger spaces (100 sqm or more).
