What is your return policy?
You can return the rug within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged and in its original (or similar) packaging.
How do I start a return request?
- Go to the Return Portal
- Enter your order number and email or phone number
- Follow the steps shown to select your return method
Which products are not eligible for return?
- Rugs that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- Orders past the 30-day return window
- Rugs with custom sizes or made-to-order designs
Are there any fees for returns or shipping?
No, returns and shipping are completely free of charge.
How will I get my refund?
We’ll issue the refund through the same payment method you used, within 1 business day after receiving the rug and confirming its condition.
Can I exchange the rug instead of returning it?
Yes! If you’d like a different rug, color, or size, you can simply place a new order.
How should I package the rug for return?
- Roll the rug neatly and secure it with tape
- Pack it in shipping wrap or similar packaging
- Attach the prepaid shipping label clearly on the package
Can I deliver it myself?
Yes, you can drop off the rug at the designated shipping company branch.
